Patrimoine Sans Frontiers
Founded in 1992 with the support of the French Ministry of Culture and Communication, Patrimoine Sans Frontieres (PSF), is dedicated to preserving endangered or neglected cultural heritage sites and issues worldwide. PSF's goal is to encourage the reappropriation of endangered sites and cultural heritage, to ensure that they will be properly taken care of by the populations concerned in a pro-active and independent manner. Thanks to the small and independent nature of our organization, we are able to rapidly and efficiently intervene in urgent situations where sites may be endangered or under imminent threat of disappearance. We are also committed to setting up long-term action programs worldwide to raise awareness on cultural heritage issues.
