Web Application Administrator
Akiko performs a variety of professional and administrative functions related to the development, implementation and support of enterprise business applications. She provides end-user support and training, business process analysis and documentation, and helps with the design and development of reports.
Prior to joining SVCF, Akiko graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and legal studies. She began her career in database and administration when she was a Research/Project Assistant for UCSF, collecting data and documenting policies and procedures at the Santa Cruz County Probation. She resided in Los Angeles for the past several years, working for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
Although she grew up in Brussels, Belgium and Boston, MA, she currently lives in San Francisco with her husband and their French bulldog, YooHoo. In her free time she enjoys baking, crafting, trying new restaurants and traveling.
